Cinoxate
Very old UVB cinnamate. Still on the Australian permitted list at 6%. Not an EU Annex VI filter. Almost never used.
Cinoxate is a first-generation cinnamate UVB filter. Australia still lists it at 6% for therapeutic sunscreens. It is not on EU Annex VI. FDA classifies it as needing more data rather than as GRASE.
There is no modern maximum-use or endocrine package comparable to the filters TGA reviewed in 2025. It survives on lists more than on labels. Treat as a legacy entry.
