Water-soluble PABA-family UVB filter. Australia and the EU still allow 10%. Rare. Same family baggage as other PABA derivatives.
PEG-25 PABA is an ethoxylated PABA derivative used as a water-soluble UVB filter. Australia and the EU allow 10%. It is not on the US monograph.
A second CAS, 113010-52-9, appears in some Australian documents. Treat those as the same ingredient family. Almost never seen in current mass-market Australian sunscreens.
